Drop-Off Guidelines:

All items must be dropped off in bags and off hangers to streamline our intake process. Items not accepted for consignment must be picked up by the end of the day. Any unclaimed items will be subject to donation.

Terms & Conditions:

Consigned items will be displayed for a 60-day period. During this time, they may be marked

down as part of store promotions.

• Standard Item Markdown Schedule:

• 20% off after 3 weeks

• 30% off after 6 weeks

• 50% off after 8 weeks

• Luxury Item Markdown Schedule:

• 20% off after 4 weeks

• 30% off after 6 weeks

You will receive:

• 45% of the final selling price for standard items

• 60% of the final selling price for luxury items

At the end of the 60-day consignment period, it is your responsibility to contact us if you wish to retrieve any unsold items. While we will do our best to send reminders, we are not liable for unclaimed items.

• Standard items not picked up after 60 days will be subject donation

• Luxury items will not be donated; instead, we will reach out to extend the consignment period or arrange a pickup.

prior to the expiration date. Pulled items must be picked up within 14 days or they will be subject to donation.

Liability & Authenticity:

Heartless Tides is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of consigned items. By consigning with us, you confirm all items are authentic and eligible for resale. All luxury handbags will be verified through Entrupy, a third-party AI authentication service. In the case of an inauthentic result, a $25 authentication fee will apply.

Payouts:

Payouts are available via Venmo or check. You may also apply your balance in-store and receive 15% off your purchase (some exclusions apply).
